Software Support Consultant

Job Specifications:

Primary Responsibilities will include:
• Day-to-day customer support on Hospitality Software
• Knowledge of Network and Related Topologies
• Adherence to Service Level Agreements with Customers
• Comprehensive fault analyses methods applied
• Time management with optimal outcome-based application of required resources
• Fault finding and process flow analysis used for Customer support ticket resolution
• Fault logging and timekeeping responsibilities
• The position requires after-hours support, on rotation basis.
• Well trained ability to learn new software programs, troubleshoot them, and support them

Key Accountability and Output:
• The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to diagnose software related faults, and provide resolution within Service Level Agreement Adherence
• Success is measured through monthly customer satisfaction surveys

Job Specifications:

Primary Responsibilities will include:
• Training on all software applications sold to Customers
• Composition of both internal and external training materials
• Creating of Customer Certification Curriculum
• Translating Customer processes into functional operational manuals
• Providing Customer Software Support as required

Key Accountability and Output:
• Successful onboarding of new clients; through seamless go-live and sign-off during project phases, including but not limited to training of all product in the clients chosen product suite.
• Successful onboarding of new staff by means of the training portal
• Functional Software deployment inline with Solution Specifications

Business Analyst

Job Specifications:

Primary Responsibilities will include:
• Overall and direct responsibility and accountability for the fulfilment of business analysis throughout discovery and sales processes.
• To ensure the best practice and software solutions are offered to the client in line with their specific business processes and requirements.
• To produce completed and detailed system requirements in the form of a software deliverables manual from which an installer can accurately produce a comprehensive database and integrations to vendors.
• To constantly seek out new ways to increase and develop business opportunities, new and additional products and to work towards maintaining our competitive edge.

Key Accountability and Output:
• Successful onboarding of new clients; through seamless go-live process and sign-off during project phases, including but not limited to database configuration, integrations and training
• Fulfillment of the client’s needs, in line with their defined business processes
